Services & Transparent Pricing Structure

Step 1: Mobile Service Call (Travel Fee)

This fee covers our travel time and fuel expenses to your location, helping to offset the cost of towing.

Within 60-mile radius of Pampa (79065): $120 - Our service area includes Borger, White Deer, McLean, and the outskirts of Amarillo.
Exceeding 60 miles: $120 base rate + $3.50 per additional mile (one-way trip distance). - This structured fee ensures fair compensation for the necessary travel.

Step 2: Diagnostic Service Options

(Prices are in addition to your Mobile Service Call fee from Step 1)

A. Basic XENTRY Fault Code Scan - $120

Ideal for: "Check engine light" concerns, pre-purchase electronic health checks, and code clearing after minor adjustments.

What you receive:

A full system "Quick Test" scan of all accessible Mercedes-Benz control modules.
A comprehensive readout and clearance of all stored and current fault codes.
A clear, basic interpretation of primary fault codes (e.g., "misfire detected," "oxygen sensor fault").
A maximum of 45 minutes of on-site diagnostic activity.

Your benefit: Rapid, cost-effective diagnostics for Mercedes vehicles (2012 and newer) with on-site consultations, providing immediate peace of mind and an accurate status check for buyers and owners.

B. Comprehensive XENTRY Diagnostics & Troubleshooting - $250

Best for: Persistent warning lights, performance issues, complex electronic challenges, or needing to identify the precise root cause of a problem.

What you receive:

Everything included in the Basic Scan, PLUS:
A thorough examination of fault codes using freeze-frame data and XENTRY's diagnostic test plans.
Live data stream monitoring and analysis of real-time sensor readings and actuator states.
Component actuation testing (commanding parts to activate via XENTRY for verification by the ECU).
Access to Mercedes-Benz technical information, including wiring diagrams and service bulletins.
A thorough, verbal explanation of the root cause and specific, actionable recommendations.
A maximum of 1.5 hours of dedicated on-site diagnostic time.

C. Extended Diagnostic Time - $140 per hour

For: Complex or intermittent issues that require more than the 1.5 hours included in the Comprehensive Diagnostic. Service is billed in 30-minute increments.

Your benefit: We guarantee a comprehensive investigation of every vehicle issue, delivering a precise and transparent assessment, even for the most complex cases.

Step 3: Advanced XENTRY Services (Add-On Options)

(Prices are in addition to your Mobile Service Call fee. If part of a diagnostic assessment, the diagnostic fee covers on-site time for basic setup.)

Module Coding / Teaching / Re-learning / Adaptations: $150 - Examples: Correctly coding a new battery after replacement, activating specific features, or performing control module adaptations after parts replacement.
